Are you ready to develop your first annual operating budget? You will walk out of this workshop with your own custom budget template, and a step-by-step action plan for developing your first budget. We will cover everything from developing your budget categories, to estimating income and expenses, to cash flow management.
This is an intense session for serious participants, not a networking event or a "teaser." Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and get to work!
No experience or prior knowledge or experience necessary.
